Additional Listing The-Exchange approved on March 1, 2000, the application submitted by SPI TECHNOLOGIES to list additional 29,337,429 common shares , with a par value of P1.00 per share , to cover the 20% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of February 7, 2000 .
