Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City SUBJECT : Date of Annual Meeting' of the Stockholders of Banco Filipino Savings & Mortgage Bank Dear Ms. De Guia : We wish to inform that during the regular meeting of the Board of the Bank last March 16, 1999, Section 14 of the Bank's Code of by-Laws was amended to the effect that the date of the annual stockholders' meeting was changed from last Friday of March to May 17 of each year, if not a legal holiday, otherwise on the next banking day following. llcd However, during the special meeting of the same Board yesterday, March 23, 1999, the said date of annual stockholders' meeting was further changed to April 8 of each year, if not a legal holiday, otherwise on the next banking day following.
