March 8, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 589-00 SUBJECT : Reynolds Philippines Corporation Reynolds Philippines Corporation ("RPC") advised the Exchange that Atty. Jose Miguel T. Arroyo, in a letter dated March 6, 2000, resigned from the Board of RPC for reason of lack of time to serve the Board. His resignation shall be taken up during the next Board Meeting of the corporation. Atty. Arroyo was elected to the Board during RPC's Annual Stockholders' Meeting held on September 24, 1999.
