March 24, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 586-99 SUBJECT : Victoria's Milling Corporation Victoria's Milling Corporation ("VMC'), in connection with its Petition for the declaration of a state of suspension of payment, etc., (SEC Case no. 07-97-5693), furnished the Exchange a copy of the "Reply (To Comments/Opposition to Alternative Rehabilitation Plan)" which it filed to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission"). VMC contested VMC MANCOM's opposition to the rehabilitation plan, stating that the latter denies directors' and stockholders' rights, and that its arguments against the rehabilitation plan is flawed.
