April 2, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 584-98 SUBJECT : RFM Corporation RFM Corporation ("RFM") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated April 1, 1998, that the company will issue cash dividends of P0.1167 per Preferred Share to Preferred Shareholders of record as of March 30, 1998 , payable on April 13, 1998 . Said cash dividend and record date have been set in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Pre-emptive Rights Offering of Preferred Shares contained in the Prospectus.
