April 2, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 581-98 SUBJECT : Fil-Estate Land, Inc. Clarification of News Article Fil-Estate Land, Inc. ("LND") confirmed to the Exchange, in a letter dated April 1, 1998, the launching of its Plaridel Heights residential community project in Plaridel, Bulacan which appeared in a news article published in the March 29, 1998 issue of the Manila Bulletin. cdpr FELI in said letter explained that: "In a well-attended Fil-Estate Group of Marketing Companies sales rally and general meeting held last 18 March 1998, company officials announced the introduction of several innovative financing packages aimed at boosting sales of Fil-Estate products and the progress of sales production and development works in other Fil-Estate projects. Among numerous other announcements made, the launching of our Plaridel Heights residential community project in Plaridel, Bulacan with an approximately consolidated area of 80 hectares was also mentioned. It appears that some members of the press were present at the said sales rally and general meeting, but they did not accurately pick up the extent of the area of the said Plaridel Heights project due to the continuous dissemination of information at said forum."
