Please be advised that as of this date and time, EAPRC has not received official information from neither El Paso Philippines Co. Inc. nor from Hawaii Electric Corp. on the reported Memorandum of Agreement for the acquisition of at least 40% of EAPRC. llcd We shall make the necessary disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as we are provided the information.
