March 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 573-99 SUBJECT : Music Corporation Music Corporation ("MUSX") furnished the Exchange a copy of its "Analyst Briefing" package which was presented to market analysts at the briefing held on March 22, 1999 at the Hotel Continental Manila. The briefing relates to the internal restructuring of MUSX, the tentative results of operations for 1998 and 1999, forecasts and historical financial figures presented in both Philippine GAAP and US GAAP.
