April 1, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 561-98 SUBJECT : Queenbee Resources Corporation Request for a Change in Name Further to Circular No. 394-98, please be informed that upon request of ING Barings, the Underwriter of the offering of warrants over common shares of Jollibee Foods Corporation issued by Queenbee Resources Corporation, there will be a change in name of the warrants from "Queenbee Resources Warrant" to "Jollibee Warrants." llcd In view thereof, the change in name of the warrants from "Queenbee Resources Warrant" to "Jollibee Warrants" is effective today, April 1, 1998.
