March 31, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 555-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-1 WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Arco Philippines Inc. decided to cement the 7-inch liner after failing to retrieve the same.
