("PCIL") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), with audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1998, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 15, 1999 , at 9:30 a.m., at the Francisco Santiago Hall, Mezzanine Floor, PCIBank Tower 1, Makati Avenue corner H.V. dela Costa Street, Makati City.
