Indicate the item numbers reported herein: Item 9 Other Events In its meeting held on 30 March, 1998, the Board of Directors approved the amendment of Article Third of the Articles of Incorporation changing the principal office from Metro Manila to Cavite City. This amendment will be presented to the stockholders for their consideration and approval, at the annual meeting scheduled on 28 April, 1998. The change in principal office is due to the consolidation of all the Luzon corrugated carton operations of the Company in Cavite.
