March 2, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 544-00 SUBJECT : Alsons Cement Corporation This is with reference to Company Notice No. 1155 dated May 29, 1997 pertaining to Alsons Cement Corporation's ("ALC") 1997 cash dividend of P0.01 per share , to stockholders of record as of June 11, 1997. ALC advised the Exchange that it has opted to reschedule the release of the dividends from 12 May 2000 to 15 March 2000.
