March 30, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 542-98 SUBJECT : PDCP Development Bank PDCP Development Bank ("PDCP") clarified to the Exchange, in a letter dated March 27, 1998, a news article published in the March 26, 1998 issue of the Business World, which reported on-going talks on the possible sale of shares held by Metro Pacific Corporation ("MPC") in PDCP. PDCP in said letter, explained that: ". . . the management of PDCP is able to confirm that it is not in any discussion with any third party concerning the possible sale of PDCP Bank to such third party.
