Ong Listings & Disclosure Group RE : Postponement of Annual Stockholders' Meeting Gentlemen : Please be advised that the annual meeting for this year of the stockholders of Mabuhay Holdings Corporation, which, under the By-laws of the Corporation is scheduled on the last Friday of April, has been postponed to May 20, 1999, to be held at the New World Hotel, Esperanza Street, Pasay Road, Makati City at 10:00 a.m. The postponement will allow for time to complete and print the annual reports as well as the audited financial statements for the preceding fiscal year for distribution to the stockholders of the Corporation.
