Ong Vice President, Listings and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : In the meeting held today, 17 March 1999, the Board of Directors of Ionics Circuits, Inc. unanimously approved the postponement of the annual shareholders' meeting scheduled on 23 April 1999 in order to enable the Board of Directors to discuss other further matters to be presented for the consideration of the shareholder. In view of the foregoing, the Board agreed to convene the annual shareholders' meeting on 28 May 1999.
