March 27, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 525-98 SUBJECT : Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation Cash Dividend Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation ("MB") informed the Exchange in a letter dated March 26, 1998 that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on even date, approved the declaration of a twenty-five percent (25% ) cash dividend or P0 . 25 per share based on the par value of P1.00 per share, equivalent to a total amount of P190,675,350.00, to stockholders of record as of April 24, 1998 .
