Gentlemen: During, the Board of Directors' Meeting held today, the following were elected directors to complete the fifteen-man board namely Mr. Jose Zoilo Gomez Mr. Jose Bernando B. Camus Mr. Roberto De Guzman Gen. Augustus Caesar Paiso Atty. Renato Z. Francisco tendered his resignation as President of the Corporation. Mr. Vicente J Campa Jr. was elected new President effective immediately. Mr. Vicente J. Campa Jr. resigned as Chairman of the Executive Committee and Atty. Renato Z.
