Holding of Annual Stockholders' Meeting on June 16, 2000, 9:00 A.M., at the Eastwood City Information Centre (Showroom) located at 188 E. Rodriguez Jr., Avenue (C-5 Road) corner Eastwood Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, with April 5, 2000 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice and to vote during the meeting. 2. 1 Billion construction budget for a 30-story office tower for information technology (IT) called Cyber One at the Eastwood City CyberPark in Quezon City. Targeted for completion in September 2002, Cyber One joins two other office projects of the Company at the Eastwood City CyberPark, the country's first and only IT park. These are the recently inaugurated Citibank Square, a joint venture with Citibank, N.A., and the IBM Plaza, due for completion by April this year. prcd 3. Appointment of Mr. Kingson U.
