("ISM") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 7, 1999 , at 4:00 p.m., at the Valle Verde Country Club, Antipolo Ballroom, Pasig City. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Certification by the Corporate Secretary on the sending of notices and existence of a quorum 3. Approval of Minutes of Stockholders Meeting held on May 8, 1998 4. Annual Report of the President and Chairman of the Board. 5. Approval of Audited Financial Statements for Calendar Year 1998 6.
