March 26, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 498-98 SUBJECT : ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation ("ABS") informed the Exchange through SEC Form 11-C, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 1998, that its Board of Directors declared cash dividends in the amount of P0.30 per share to stockholders of record as of April 15, 1998, payable on May 15, 1998. The Board of Directors also fixed April 3, 1998 as the record date for stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 30, 1998 at Studio 1, ABS-CBN Broadcasting Centre Complex, Quezon City. cdpr For your information.
