Other Events Re-schedule of Annual Stockholders Meeting to May 26, 1998 The Annual Stockholders meeting of the Corporation which is scheduled every 2nd Tuesday of May which will fall on May 12 for this year. This is the day immediately following the general elections of May 11. It is anticipated that the majority of stockholders will go to their provinces to cast their votes and it would be hectic for them to attend the annual stockholders meeting the following day. It was thus decided by the Executive Committee in its meeting of March 18, 1998 to hold the Annual Stockholders Meeting on May 26, 1998, subject to compliance with issuance of required notice within prescribed period.
