Concepcion, Jr. Jose A. Concepcion III John Marie A. Concepcion Ma. Victoria A. Concepcion Francisco Gamboa, Jr. Raissa Hechanova-Posadas Christopher L. Lim Victoria Ana C. Monasterio Danilo H. Santiago Ma. Lina A. Santiago Francisco A. Segovia Jose M. Segovia Ernest Fritz Server Joseph Server, Jr. We also advise that at this morning's Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved the sale of the Corporation's shares in RFM Tuna Corporation for the total amount equivalent to net asset value to Swift Foods Inc..
