March 12, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 468-99 SUBJECT : SPI Technologies, Inc . Further to Circular for Brokers No. 273-99 dated February 15, 1999, SPI Technologies, Inc. ("SPI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) in connection with its Special Stockholders Meeting which will be held on March 29, 1999 , at 3:00 P.M. at SPI Building, Pascor Drive, Sto. Nio, Paraaque, Metro Manila. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows: 1. Declaration of 50% stock dividend to be taken from the unissued capital stock of the Company 2. Stock Option Plans 3. Bonus Share Plan 4. Other Business As previously announced, stockholders of record as of March 1, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
