ORDER Considering that the complaint at bar carries with it an application for the issuance of a temporary restraining order and/or writ of preliminary injunction, pursuant to Section 5, Rule 58, 1997 of the Rules of Civil Procedure, and upon motion for special raffle dated February 22, 2000, let the above-entitled case be included in the special raffle on Thursday, February 24, 2000 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon. The plaintiff and counsel as well as the defendants are hereby by this order notified of the above-scheduled raffle. Atty. Grace c. Belvis, Clerk of Court, is hereby ordered to see to it that a copy of this order is served (personal) upon all the parties herein on or before 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon of February 24, 2000. In the meanwhile, and still pursuant to the above cited provisions of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure particularly Section 5, Rule 58, a temporary restraining order is hereby issued for a period of seventy-two (72)hours from receipt hereof enjoining the Philippine Stock Exchange, its Business Conduct and Ethics Committee (BCEC), and its other Departments, Divisions, Groups, officers, personnel, deputies, agents, representatives and all other persons and entities from taking any further action, including conducting further proceedings, reviewing, implementing, disposing of, or acting upon the "Investigation Report on BW Resource Corporation" dated 11 February 2000.
