Manager, Disclosure Department RE : Business World Article dated 23 February, 2000 entitled "Tan Postpones Best World-BW Share-Swap Deal" Gentlemen: This is to comply with your letter dated 23 February, 2000 regarding the above-captioned matter. Best World Gaming & Entertainment Corp; (BWGEC) and BW Resource Corp. (BWRC) shall continue with their share-swap agreement. There is no plan to postpone the implementation of this agreement. Mr. Dante T. Tan had clarified to the management of BWRC that the report is not accurate.
