February 23, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 453-00 SUBJECT : Itogon-Suyoc Mines, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved on September 22, 1999 the listing application of ITOGON-SUYOC MINES, INC. to list additional 12,000,000,000 common shares divided into 4,744,800,000 Class "A" shares and 7,255,200,000 Class "B" shares, both with a par value of P0.01 per share , to cover the debt-to-equity conversions. In view thereof, the listing of 12,000,000,000 common shares is set for Monday, February 28, 2000 . However, the said shares will be locked up for a period of six (6) months from the listing date.
