March 23, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 447-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-I WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Over the weekend, Arco Philippines Inc drilled the well to a depth of 11,212 feet an advance of 1,732 feet since Friday.
