February 23, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 444-00 February 18, 2000 Philippine Stock Exchange Exchange Road, Ortigas Centre Pasig City Attention : Ms. Grace de Guia Assistant Manager Disclosure Department Gentlemen : In its meeting held today in Singapore, the Board of Directors of Ionics EMS, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ionics Circuits, Inc., approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Million Pesos (P280,000,000.00). Said dividends will be paid from Ionics EMS' unrestricted retained earnings as of 31 December 1999 to its parent company, Ionics Circuits, Inc.
