("DPH") informed the Exchange that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on March 2, 1999 its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article I, reflecting the, change in its corporate name from Dharmala Philippines, Inc. to Wise Holdings, Inc . LLpr The change in name of the company to Wise Holdings, Inc. will be reflected in the Exchange's computer system (electronic board and ticker) on Friday, March 12, 1999 .
