March 23, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 435-98 SUBJECT : URBANCORP Realty Developers, Inc. Stock Dividend Urbancorp Realty Developers, Inc. ("URDI") informed the Exchange in a letter dated March 17, 1998 that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on even date, approved the declaration of a 45% stock dividend, which will be taken from the unissued capital stock of URDI, to common stockholders of record as of April 21, 1998 .
