February 22, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 435-00 SUBJECT : BW Resource Corporation BW Resource Corporation ("BW") informed the Exchange that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 21 February 2000, approved and granted the Leave of Absence of the President, Mr. Eduardo G. Lim, Jr. In replacement of his position, the Board nominated and elected Mr. Francis Ablan as President. The Board also nominated and elected Atty. Agnes H.
