February 21, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 420-00 SUBJECT : Filipino Fund, Inc. BPI Investment Management, Inc., as Fund Manager of Filipino Fund, Inc. ("FFI"), informed the Exchange that FFI will be holding its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on Tuesday, May 09, 2000. The time and venue will be announced later. Stockholders of record as of March 31, 2000 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting. The stock and transfer books will be closed from March 31, 2000 up to May 09, 2000.
