March 5, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 418-99 SUBJECT : Itogon - Suyoc Mines, Inc . Further to Circular No. 95-99 dated January 20, 1999, Itogon-Suyoc Mines, Inc. ("ISM") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-A (Preliminary Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on May 7, 1999 , at 4:00 p.m., at the Valle Verde Country Club, Antipolo Ballroom, Pasig City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of February 26, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
