March 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 417-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-I WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Arco Philippines, Inc., drilled the well to a depth of 9,035 feet, an advance of 410 feet since yesterday.
