(the "Company") Gentlemen : Please be advised that the annual stockholders meeting of the Company cannot be held on 28 April 1998, as earlier disclosed in our communication dated 11 March 1998, because the audit of the Company's subsidiaries have not yet been completed as of date, in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 13 March 1998, it was decided that the Annual Stockholders' Meeting be moved to 18 May 1998 at 8:00 a.m. at the Dasmarias Room, Hotel Intercontinental, Makati City.
