Dalusong resigned as directors to concentrate on other business matters and responsibilities. Mr. Ian C. Wilson and M. Delfin M. Paycana have been appointed to the Board to serve their unexpired term of office. Mr. Ian Wilson currently serves as the Chief Financial Advisor to Metro Pacific Corporation, which has a 73% interest in Steniel Manufacturing Corporation.
