Bolao Vice President-Operations effective February 1, 1998 (b) Mr. Danilo V. Galang Vice President-Development & Special Projects effective February 1, 1998 (c) Mr. Roland P. De Jesus Asst. Vice President-Personnel effective January 1, 1998 (d) Mr. Froilan C. Conde Asst.
