Other Events Postponement of Annual Stockholders Meeting The Annual Stockholders Meeting of Mondragon International Philippines, Inc. (the "Company") shall be postponed to any day in May 1998. The Company's annual report which will include the audited financial statements as of December 31, 1997 is still being finalized and will therefore be unavailable for distribution prior to the date of the meeting on the third Friday of March as specified in the By-Laws of the Company.
