Ong Vice President, Listings & Disclosure Group Gentlemen : Please be informed that the special stockholders' meeting of Air Philippine International Corporation, as fixed by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, will be hold on April 6, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at the Makati Sports Club, Alfaro Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City. Stockholders of record of the Corporation as of March 18, 1999 shall be entitled to notice of end to vote at the said annual meeting of stockholders.
