March 16, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 386-98 SUBJECT : Reynolds Philippines Corporation Reynolds Philippines Corporation ("RPC") confirmed to the Exchange, in a letter dated March 13, 1998, the grant of the ISO 9002 Certification last November 11, 1997 in favor of RPC as documented in audit report no. 97-09-001 valid until 10/2000.
