March 16, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 382-98 SUBJECT : Air Philippines International Corporation Increase in Authorized Capital Stock Air Philippines International Corporation ("AIR") informed the Exchange on March 13, 1998 through SEC Form 11-C, that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved on March 11, 1998 the amendment in Article VII of the Articles of Incorporation, increasing its authorized capital stock from TWO BILLION PESOS (P2,000,000,000.00) to THREE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (P3,500,000,000.00) , divided into THREE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION (3,500,000,000) shares with a par value of ONE PESO (P1.00) each .
