Cash Dividends The Board approved the declaration of cash dividends, at the rate of thirty centavos (0.30) per share, in favor of stockholders of record as of March 1, 2000, which shall be payable on or before April 15, 2000. B. Record Date for Purposes of Annual Stockholders Meeting The Board approved March 1, 2000 as the Record Date for purposes of determining the stockholders entitled to notice and to vote at the annual stockholders meeting to be held on April 18, 2000. C. Transfer of Head Office to Makati The Board approved 01 March 2000 as the effective date for the transfer of the Bank's Head Office from 262 Juan Luna St., Binondo, Manila to Equitable PCI Bank Towers I & II, H.V. dela Costa St. corner Makati Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City. D. Resignation of Senior Officer The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Isidro C. Alcantara, Executive Vice President in-charge of the Corporate Banking Group, effective 29 February 2000.
