Almandro Vice-President Compliance and Surveillance Group Gentlemen : In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Exchange, please be informed that at the Special Stockholders Meeting held today, the stockholders unanimously approved to amend MJCI's Articles of Incorporation to include as one of the secondary purposes of the Corporation the business "to develop real estate properties into mix-use real estate development projects including but not limited to leisure, recreational and memorial parks; operate, manage and/or sell the real estate development projects."
