March 13, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 367-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO 1 WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Arco Philippines, Inc. completed the installation of the blowout preventer (BOP) stack and is now preparing to conduct a leak-off test to determine the quality of the previous cementing job.
