(SGI) approved a resolution to proceed with the proposal to invest in multimedia information technology ventures. This move is in line with SGI's continuing search for new business opportunities in light of the advances in technology. With this approval, SGI will actively pursue discussions with other parties engaged in multimedia information technology ventures.
