March 12, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 355-98 SUBJECT : Manila Broadcasting Company Additional Listing The Exchange approved the listing application of MANILA BROADCASTING COMPANY to list additional 249,000,000 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , consisting of the following: 1. 120,000,000 common shares to cover the private placement of Elizalde Land, Inc. at the subscription price of P1 . 00 per share ; and 2. 129,000,000 common shares to cover the 3,502 . 42%, stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of October 30, 1997 .
