March 12, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 352-98 SUBJECT : SM Prime Holdings, Inc . SM Prime Holdings, Inc. ("SMPH") informed the Exchange, in a letter dated March 9, 1998, that it will be incorporating three (3) wholly-owned subsidiaries for supervision of SMPH's different malls in the country and administration purposes. The company further stated in their letter to the Exchange dated March 11, 1998 that the three subsidiaries to be incorporated, however, are still in final preparations.
