March 12, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 351-98 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN HIPPO-1 WELL (Sandakan Basin, Sulu Sea) Arco Philippines, Inc. completed the re-positioning of the rig and is currently running the blowout preventer (BOP) stack.
