Garcia Gentlemen : We wish to advise you that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of BW Resource Corporation (Formerly: Greater Asia Resources Corporation) held today, 23 February 1999, at which a quorum existed, the Board accepted the resignation of the following directors: DATO' K.
